Reheuser. Analytical and systematic approaches were used as the main research methods. As a result of the analysis, the author of the article came to the conclusion that the intellectualcapital of an organization is a set of knowledge, experience and mental activity of the company's employees, which, as a result of various kinds of transformations (organizational, technical, etc.), have been transformed into a new product that brings profit.
