Managing the development of the organization based on the principles of OKR (Objective Key Results)

Abstract

The article considers the necessity of finding and using new, flexible forms of organization management in a constantly changing external business environment. It provides the overview of the existing methods for developing an organization's strategy as a response to change management. The author represents their pros and cons are shown, and characterize the mechanism of the OKR system operation in the company as the competencies of the modern approach to business management.
